Racing in GTA 6

Rockstar has shown three kinds of racing in GTA 6: wheel-to-wheel races on a closed asphalt circuit, motocross on dirt tracks, and underground street races with nitrous. All three appear in the Extended Look. Race lists, rewards and lap records come with the released game.

Race types shown so far

  • Circuit races run on a permanent closed track, with a lap counter, lap times and a position readout, which would be a first for the series.

  • In motocross, Lucia races dirt bikes on a dedicated track, and dirt-bike routes run across the map.
